I think that I am different to other artists as I use my hyperrealism style of painting to create works that scream, grab hold of you and demand attention.

I saw this young girl in Dhaka Bangladesh in 2022. She was with her parents and I was struck by the purity of her joy and innocence. This was a contrast to the many experiences that I had had in war torn countries where desperation and fear choked the people there. I wanted to create a painting that would show that despite all the terror that war brings, the strongest light is shone by hope, and that inherently people are born good. The strength of the love, compassion and empathy within this little girl is more powerful than any bomb.

I wanted to create a painting of beauty with this young girl in front of a peace sign, but look closely and the painting takes a darker turn. The candle creates the light that shines on this pain and injustice.

Then the artwork is packaged in double-walled, reinforced cardboard boxes that offer superior protection for fragile artwork. All of this ensures that your artwork arrives safely.
